Locking Brackets
Brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame for security. Locking pieces snap over the Inversion Bar to keep it in place, but can be unlocked to remove the Bar from the door frame. In place, the Bar will not interfere with the operation of the door.

Grips make mount / dismount more comfortable, and help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups.

The Inversion Bar offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). In fact, full range inverted sit-ups are ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal load on the back. The Bar is also ideal for chin-ups.
The Inversion Bar installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed according to national building code standards). The Bar takes up no floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters.
